Lost power due to Hurricane Ike at approximately 12:34am on Saturday September 13th. Got power back at approximately 8am Saturday September 27th.

Sitting around waiting for the power to go off is like waiting to die.

After Ike

Passing over Buffalo Bayou just east of downtown. Center frame, Chase Tower which sustained lots of damage. About 40 stories on the east side of the building were blown out due to the hurricane. You can almost see the plywood covering the windows.

Ike

The only thing that sucks more then hurricanes, is hurricane coverage.

I wonder how many people use the mobile blogging feature. And of those people, how many do it on the toilet.
